Western Balkans Six Leaders’ Summit, 16 March 2017

A meeting of prime ministers from the Western Balkans region was held in Sarajevo on 16 March 2017 as a part of the Western Balkans' Berlin process. It was also attended by representatives from Italy, the European Commission and the European External Action Service.

During the meeting, the European Commission encouraged the region to develop a regional common market as a first step towards full EU integration.

The summit followed another meeting held in Paris on 4 July 2016.
