Federica Mogherini, High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy/Vice-President of the European Commission, had on the 16 February 2017 a series of bilateral meetings in the margins of the G20 Foreign Ministers' meeting in Bonn, which she is attending.

During this day, Frederica Mogherini had meeting with the Chinses, Indian, Canadian and Brazilian Foreign Ministers. She also met with the United Nations Secretary General, Antonio Guterres.

The situations in Syria and Libya, as well as the Israelo-Palestinian conflict were at the heart of the exchange with the United Nations Secretary General, Antonio Guterres. She discussed about the situation between the European Union and the foreign ministers' countries with the respective Foreign Ministers.

The High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy/Vice-President of the European Commission also accepted the invitation of minister Serra to visit Brasil at the earliest convenience.
