Federica Mogherini’s phone call with Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov

On the 3 February 2017, the High Representative /Vice-President Federica Mogherini held today a phone conversation with the Russian foreign minister Sergei Lavrov.

Following her meeting with this week in Brussels and also in view of the discussion at the Foreign Affairs council on the 6 February 2017, the HR/VP Mogherini discussed with Minister Lavrov the situation in Libya and the perspectives of the political agreement.
