Remarks by Federica Mogherini following the meeting with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Norway, Mr Børge Brende

On the 30 January 2017, the High Representative for the European Union Frederica Mogherini met the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Norway, Mr Børge Brende.

During this meeting, they discussed in depth their common work especially in the Middle East, looking forward to continue our work and also in preparation for the Syria conference the European Union would host in Brussels. The High Representative for the European Union Frederica Mogherini insured in her remarks Norway is a strong European partner that even tough was not part of the European Union was the best possible friend and ally with whom we work intensively.
