Green light to 8 new initiatives under the EU’s Partnership Instrument

On 15 November 2016, the European Commission had approved eight new projects totalling more than €32 million under the Partnership Instrument (PI) to enhance cooperation with partner countries in priority areas such as the Digital Single Market, environmental policies, tackling illegal wildlife trafficking and civil aviation, amongst others.

The PI was to extend its action to Latin America and to South East Asia.
