Letter from President Juncker to the President and the Members of the European Council on progress in the implementation of the Facility for Refugees in Turkey

On 17 October 2016, the European Commission displayed a letter which had been sent to the President of the European Council, Donald Tusk,and to other Members of the European Council by the President of the European Commission, Juncker, in which he summarised the progress made by the European Commission in putting into force the Facility for Refugees in Turkey, ahead of the meeting of the European Council on 20-21 October 2016.
