The 15th Cooperation Council between Kazakhstan and the European Union was held on 4 October 2016. It was the first meeting of the Council since the signature of the Enhanced Partnership and Cooperation Agreement between the two sides. The Council welcomed the start of implementation of the agreement and confirmed the mutual interest in consolidating the relations and cooperation, in particular in ensuring regional stability and development. |
