Statement by the Spokesperson on Chad and the International Criminal Court

On the 12 August 2016, the European Union made a supporting statement on the work of the International Criminal Court and expressed regret for Chad’s State Party of the Court, which had not fulfilled its legal obligation in accordance with United Nations Council resolution 1593.
