TTIP and Labour Standards

This Policy Department A note gives a summary of the study TTIP and Labour Standards. The study analyses the possible effects of TTIP on labour conditions in the European Union (EU), the United States (US) and third countries. It is based on a literature review, an evaluation of labour provisions in recent EU trade agreements and an assessment of stakeholder positions.
