A meeting of the Justice and Home Affairs (JHA) Council was held on 9 and 10 June 2016. The agenda includes the following items:

  • Adoption of general approach concerning a proposed Directive on control of the acquisition and possession of weapons;
  • Endorsement of roadmap aimed at enhancing information exchange and information management, including interoperability solution in the JHA area;

  • Information on state of play of discussions regarding a European Public Prosecutor's Office (EPPO).
