Press Release: EU budget management: ARTEMIS, ENIAC and ITER projects fail 2014 discharge test

The European Parliament's budgetary control committee decided on 4 April 2016 not to approve the accounts of three joint technology projects between the private sector and the European Union, arguing they should do better to justify their use of EU funds in 2014.

The committee also decided to postpone granting 'discharge' to the accounts of the European Council and of the Council of the European Union, also for 2014.
