Press Release: MEPs call for gender-sensitivity in asylum policy

The European Parliament's plenary session voted on 8 March 2016 a resolution calling for a reform of EU migration and asylum policies and procedures to include gender-sensitive measures, to ensure the safety of women seeking asylum - many of whom travelling with young children and other dependents.
