Press Release: Commission refers Greece to Court for failing to comply with obligations under the Energy Performance of Buildings Directive

On 19 November 2015, the European Commission decided to refer Greece to the Court of Justice of the EU for not having calculated the cost-optimal levels of minimum energy performance requirements for buildings.
