Meeting: Foreign Affairs Council, 26 October 2015

A meeting of the Foreign Affairs Council took place on 26 October 2015, in Luxembourg. The following topics were discussed:

+ Migration and development cooperation;

+ EU action plan on gender equality and women's empowerment;
