Memo: Antitrust: Commission welcomes Court judgment confirming cartel facilitator’s liability

On 22 October 2015, the European Commission welcomed the ruling by the Court of Justice of the European Union upholding an earlier General Court judgment and thereby a Commission decision of 2009 to hold AC Treuhand liable under EU antitrust rules for facilitating cartels.
