Memo: EUROsocial: Europe-Latin America Dialogue on Public Policies

On 19 October 2015 the European Commission launched EUROsociAL+, a new phase of the EU programme to increase social cohesion in Latin America, at an event in Madrid, bringing together representatives of the EU and its Latin American counterparts.
