Press Release: COP21: success of climate change agreement rides on empowering local government

The Committee of the Regios met on 14 October 2015 with European Commissioner Miguel Arias Cañete to discuss what could local and regional governments do to help put into practice of the climate change agreement expected to be signed in November/December 2015.
