Press Release: Budgets Committee approves €16.3 million in disaster aid for Bulgaria and Greece

The European Parliament's budgets committee approved on 14 September 2015 the allocation to Bulgaria and Greece of €16.3 million from the EU Solidarity Fund to help repair demage done to public and private infrastructure by exceptionally severe weather conditions early in 2015.

This European Solidarity Fund aid was scheduled to be approved by the EP in plenary in October 2015.
