Decision (EU) 2016/202 establishing the position to be taken within the EPA Committee set up by the interim Agreement with a view to an Economic Partnership Agreement between the European Community and the Central Africa Party

The interim agreement with a view to an Economic Partnership Agreement between the European Community and its Member States, of the one part, and the Central Africa Party, of the other part, was signed on 15 January 2009 and has been provisionally applied since 4 August 2014.

Article 92 of the Agreement establishes an EPA Committee, which is responsible for the administration of the Agreement. This Decision establishes the position to be taken on behalf of the Union regarding the envisaged adoption by the EPA Committee of its Rules of Procedure, which were approved and initialled by the two Parties in May 2015.
