The Permanent Representatives committee (COREPER) of the Council of the European Union approved on 08 July 2015 the informal agreement with the European Parliament regarding roaming charges, open internet and net neutrality.

The text was scheduled to be formally approved by any Council configuration in the Autumn 2015.
