EUObserver reported in July 2015 that PwC, involved in what is seen as one of Europe's biggest tax scandal - also known as LuxLeaks scandal - had earned a seat in the European Union's Joint Transfer Pricing Forum (JTPF).

Transfer pricing is a method used by multinationals to minimise taxes. The JTPF provides advice and recommendations to the European Commission and member states on issues related to taxation.
