Bulgaria’s energy sector reform to start with the regulator

EurActiv published a feature on 1 April 2015 concerning Bulgaria's electricity sector and attempts to break the monopolies which were established throughout the years in the country.

In this context, Ivan Ivanov was auditioned in the Bulgarian parliament on 31 March 2015 as the only candidate to become the head of the new Commission for Energy and Water Regulation (CEWR).
