	Members of the European Parliament voted a resolution on 12 March 2015 calling for an independent international investigation on the murder of Russian opposition politician Boris Nemtsov. The added that it was the 'most significant political murder in recent Russian history', warning that Kremlin propaganda was turning Russia into a 'state of repression, hate speech and fear'.
