Proposal for a Council Implementing Regulation replacing the lists of insolvency proceedings, winding-up proceedings and liquidators in Annexes A, B and C to Regulation (EC) No 1346/2000 on insolvency proceedings

The annexes to Council Regulation (EC) No 1346/2000 were last amended by Council Implementing Regulation (EU) No 210/2010 of 25 February 2010.

Annex A lists the insolvency proceedings referred to in Article 2(a) of the Regulation. Annex B lists the winding-up proceedings referred to in Article 2(c). Annex C lists the liquidators referred to in Article 2(b).

Lithuania, Ireland, Greece, Luxembourg, Poland and Portugal notified the Commission in 2013 of further amendments to the lists set out in Annexes A, B and C.

Furthermore Council Regulation (EU) No 517/2013 of 13 May 2013 adapted certain regulations and decisions in different fields including justice, freedom and security, by reason of the accession of the Republic of Croatia as from 1 July 2013.

Regulation (EC) No 1346/2000 should be amended accordingly by this Proposal.
