Timmermans: ‘The toughest job I’ve ever had’

Senior Vice European Commissioner Frans Timmermans was interviewed by the Danish TV channel TV2 in February 2015, ahead of the anniversary of the European Commission's first 100 days in office.

While acknowledging the difficulties of changing the culture of an organisation, Mr Timmeramsn also stressed out what had already been achieved in terms of making the EU's activity more transparent and efficient.
