Europe’s main leaders far apart on immigration

Europe has witnessed throughout 2014 a number of events which have heated up national debates on the best way of dealing with immigrants, as well as the discussion at a European level on the best approach to build a common migration policy.

EurActiv took note on 17 December 2014 of different attitudes some of the main European leaders had expressed in the previous weeks regarding free movement, migration and integration of immigrants.
