The Leader of the House of Commons William Hague launched an Command Paper 'The Implications of Devolution for England' on the 16 December 2014. It set out proposals for responding to the implications of devolution for England, following the Scottish referendum of September 2014. It contained separate proposals from each of the coalition parties on how best to address these issues.
