This high-level roundtable meeting of parliamentarians and experts, organised in association with the Parliamentarians for Global Action (PGA), considered the role of the European Court of Human Rights in the international human rights system, examining controversies that have arisen in relation to concerns about the impact of its decisions on national sovereignty.
