Meeting of the European Commissioner for Migration, Home Affairs and Citizenship with Germany’s Federal Minister of Interior

The European Commissioner for Migration, Home Affairs and Citizenship met with the German minister of Interior on 2 December 2014.

At the statement released after the meeting, the two stakeholders highlighted the serious threats posed by foreign fighters in the context of the fight against terrorism, the challenges posed by the migration crisis and Germany's role in finding solution for these problems.
