Technology fair displays impact of Western sanctions on Russia

The annual technology fair for the audiovisual industry which takes place in Moscow in October 2014 showed the true impact of West-imposed sanctions against Russia, with the number of European companies at the international showcase shrinking by half when compared to the year before.

And while European companies have struggled to make any business in Russia since sanctions were imposed, China admitted it would seize any business opportunity in the country.
