Settling the migration debate

Tim Finch and Phoebe Griffith argue that the migration debate in the United Kingdom (and in other European countries) is best understood by seeking to address the tensions that arise not between 'citizens' and 'migrants', but between people who feel more or less settled in and committed to their community.
