Germany says it misses ‘EU humanitarian flag’ in Syria crisis

Germany's Development Minister Gerd Müller called for greater commitments on humanitarian aid from its fellow EU member states during the opening of a conference on refugees. Mr Müller accused the European Union of putting millions of refugee lives on the line in the Middle East due to the lack of humanitarian support.
