Funding Arab Reform?

Since the beginning of the Arab revolts, Europe’s use of development funding specifically to advance democratic reform had been closely scrutinized.The EU and member state governments had committed increased amounts of democracy support. This policy brief uncovered what had been achieved through the EU’s democracy-related aid since revolution hit Tunisia and explained why European funds still fell short of maximizing their potential boost to Arab democratization.
