Speech: Post-college press conference

Text of a speech by José Manuel Durão Barroso, President of the European Commission, at the post-college press conference in Brussels, 29 October 2014.

Mr Barroso rold reporters that without the EU enlargement, Russia’s appetite would not have focused on Ukraine, but on Bulgaria and the Baltic states.
