The millionaires who rescue people at sea

BBC News reported in August 2014 on a philanthropist couple which had launched what they considered to be the world's first privately funded vessel to help migrants in trouble at sea.

Malta-based Christopher and Regina Catrambone stopped running rescue missions in September due to high monthly costs and started raising funds so they could resume activity in March 2015.
