Press Release: Commission opens investigation into statistical reporting in Valencia

The European Commission launched on the 11 July 2014 a formal investigation into the possible manipulation of statistics in the region of Valencia, Spain.

The Commission stated that it was not calling into the question the accuracy of statistics in Spain.
