On 18 June 2014, the European Commissioner for International Cooperation, Humanitarian Aid and Crisis Response, Kristalina Georgieva made a speech regarding the bombing of a hospital in Sudan. She stated that it was vital that all parties to the conflict in South Kordofan as well as Blue Nile and Darfur respected their obligations under International Humanitarian Law and committed themselves to the peaceful resolution of their differences. |
