Financial services off the table at next round of TTIP talks

A leaked draft of the European Union’s first offer to the US on trade in services and investment showed that financial services would remain off the negotiating table in round of talks over the Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership (TTIP) taking place in July 2014.
