Statement: Letter from President Barroso to President Putin

Following the letter that was sent by the the President of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin on 10th April 2014 to several Member States of the European Union and third countries, Jose Manuel Barroso, President of the European Commission, sent a letter to reply on behalf of the European Union and of all 28 Member States.
