Press Release: Declaration by the High Representative on behalf of the European Union on the alignment of certain third countries with the Council Decision 2014/119/CFSPconcerning restrictive measures directed against certain persons, entities and bodies in view of the situation in Ukraine

On 5 March 2014, the Council of the European Union adopted Council Decision 2014/119/CFSP.

The Council Decision imposes the freezing of funds and economic resources of persons identified as responsible for the misappropriation of Ukrainian State funds and persons responsible for human rights violations in Ukraine.
