EU rules ‘mean children can’t get life-saving cancer drugs’

Researchers from Britain's Institute for Cancer Research (ICR) said on the 10 February 2014 that children with cancer were being denied access to potentially life-saving medicines because European Union rules allowed drug firms to waive the need to test some drugs in paediatric trials.
