EU Court advises to rule against payment cards fees

On the 30 January 2014, the Advocate General of the European Court of Justice, Paolo Mengozzi, issued an Opinion whereby he advised the European Court of Justice to reject the appeal made by MasterCard over the fees it charges on payment transactions.
