Press Release: COSME: € 2.3 billion to foster the competitiveness of SMEs over the next seven years

The European Commission on 21 November 2013 welcomed the European Parliament's approval of an EU programme for the Competitiveness of Enterprises and SMEs (COSME) for 2014-2020. COSME aims to facilitate and improve access to finance and markets for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), support entrepreneurs and create more favourable conditions for business creation and growth.
