The social and employment situation in Greece

This report provides an overview on the social and employment situation in Greece since the beginning of the economic crisis in 2008, as well as an overview on the policies put forward by the Greek government as a response to the crisis in the areas of employment, poverty and social exclusion. The third section of the report is allocated to an overview of the priorities of the Greek EU Presidency in the first half of 2014. The last section of the report addresses current important issues in employment and social affairs.
