In her speech, Viviane Reding adressed the recent US-spying revelations, the Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership (TTIP) and data protection and talked about what Europe expects from the US to fix the damaged trust. Mrs. Reding issued a stark warning that data protection should be kept off the agenda of the Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership (TTIP).
