Press Release: Top-tech entrepreneurs present manifesto for start-up success

Some of Europe's top tech entrepreneurs and startup community pioneers on 23 October 2013 presented EU leaders with their manifesto on how Europe needs to adapt for the digital age. It contained ideas for how decision makers – at every level in every country – could improve the climate for innovation and growth. The Startup Europe Leaders Club presented their manifesto to Herman Van Rompuy on the eve of an EU Summit (24-25 October 2013) which focused on completing the digital single market and digital economy.
