The Stabilisation and Association Council (SA Council) between Serbia and the European Union held its first meeting on 21 October 2013 in which, among other things, it welcomed the entry into force of the Stabilisation and Association Agreement on 1 September 2013 and commended Serbia for its progress in 2013 on its path towards the European Union.
