Press Release: Conclusions on Preparations for the 19th session of the Conference of the Parties (COP 19) to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change and the 9th session of the Meeting of the Parties to the Kyoto Protocol (Warsaw, 11 – 22 November 2013)

During the Environment Council meeting in Luxembourg on 14 October 2013, the Ministers adopted conclusions on the preparations for the 19th session of the Conference of the Parties to the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change, which will take place in Warsaw from 11 to 22 November 2013.
