Press Release: Taxation: Commission refers Belgium to Court over discriminatory inheritance tax provisions

The European Commission decided on 26 September 2013 to refer Belgium to the EU Court of Justice over tax rules in the Walloon Region that were discriminatory and in breach of EU rules on the free movement of capital.
