Speech: Intervention by Cecilia Malmström on the EU-US TFTP Agreement in the European Parliament

According to EUObserver on the 24 September 2013, the EU did not rule out suspending the terrorist financial tracking programme (TFTP) with the Americans following press reports that the US intelligence agency had direct access to Swift, the global interbank transfer network database.
